Welcome to Santa Maria and Las Mercedes Coffee Estates, producers of the speciality arabica-bourbon coffee, Ama Café. Located both on the fertile slopes of the San Salvador Volcano, the estates have been under the care of the Aguilar family for over 150 years, making coffee an integral part of their family tradition. The Aguilar family now opens the doors to their coffee estates and offers the international community their gourmet coffee allowing them to keep their tradition and commitment to the ecological and social welfare of the area.
